CHANGE IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Andrew Campbell has resigned as a Director of
Brait SA and all associated positions in the Group.
Mr. Campbell joined Brait almost eight years ago to develop its Hedge Fund
Business.
During that time, Mr. Campbell has developed for Brait a market leading business
and a team of the highest caliber. Brait would like to thank him for his
contribution and also wish him well in his future endeavours.
The Management structure in Public Market has been re-organised and now
incorporates a new CIO of Multi Management unit.
A replacement CEO of the Public Market business unit is not considered necessary
at this time.
