Linked unitholders are advised that, on 10 November 2008, Ngatana Property
Investments (Proprietary) Limited ("Ngatana") disposed of 1,115,000 Redefine
linked units at 575 cents (with a total value of R6,411,250). The family trust
of which Dines Gihwala, who is the non-executive chairman of Redefine, is a
trustee and of which his immediate family members are beneficiaries, holds an
indirect 29% interest in Ngatana.
