Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
Sentula will be held on Thursday, 4 December 2008 at 10:00 in the Oleander Room
at the Sandton Sun, corner Fifth and Alice Streets, Sandton, to transact the
business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained
in the Annual Report.
