audited results which were announced on SENS on 8 September 2008.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of KAP
will be held at the Steinhoff Whitehouse, 3a Eton Road, Parktown, Johannesburg
on 28 November 2008, at 12:30 to transact the business set out in the notice of
the annual general meeting, which is contained in KAP`s 2008 Annual Report.
