Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above GRFIDB, Enhanced Distribution
Security (EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss level of
R37.73 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business on 7 November 2008 the
abovementioned Enhanced Distribution Security (EDS) has been terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represents the number of EDS held on the termination date,
multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted Average
Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days following the
Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of R27.67. This amount
will automatically accrue to holders via instruction through STRATE.
The VWAP on Monday, 10 November 2008= 3695.31 cents
The VWAP on Tuesday, 11 November 2008= 3496.95 cents
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = 3596.13 cents
Rebate payment of 829.13 cents
Holders will receive R 8.2913 for every warrant held
