PROPOSED CHANGE IN NAME OF COMPANY TO AH-VEST LIMITED
CHANGE IN NAME OF COMPANY
It is proposed that the name of All Joy Foods Limited be changed to AH-Vest
Limited in order to reflect the intention of the new strategic focus of the
company, which is to broaden the scope of the company, to provide additional
products and services in future, to reposition itself as a diversified products
and services business, and to strengthen its association with its new
controlling shareholders, Africa Heritage (Proprietary) Limited. All Joy Foods
will be retained as a name for the group`s food interests going forward.
A special resolution will be proposed to change the name from "All Joy Foods
Limited" to "AH-Vest Limited". For a period of not less than one year, AH-Vest
will reflect the former name "All Joy Foods Limited" on all documents of title
in brackets beneath the new name of "AH-Vest Limited".
In terms of the Listings Requirements, approval has been granted by the JSE for
the change of name and for the abbreviated name "AH-Vest" to be used with the
share code "AHL" and the ISIN ZAE000129177. A circular relating to the proposed
change in name, containing a notice of general meeting, has been posted to
shareholders.
