CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are advised that due to other commitments, Mr Victor Nosi has
resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company with effect
from 14 November 2008.
The board passed a unanimous and formal vote of appreciation to Mr Nosi, who has
been a non executive director since March 2001, and wishes him well in his
challenging executive role in helping the SA Football Association prepare for
the 2010 World Cup.
