DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE PPC SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for PRETORIA PORTLAND
CEMENT CO LTD and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
PRETORIA PORTLAND CEMENT CO LTD (PPC) the Trustees of the Share Instalment have
declared a dividend amount of 180 cents per PPCNIE share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 12 January 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 2 January 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 5 January 2009 and the
record date is Friday, 9 January 2009.
