RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
KCM shareholders are advised that all of the resolutions tabled at the annual
general meeting held on Friday, 14 November 2008 were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders with the exception of the re-appointment of JJ Cilliers
who was not re-elected as a director of the company. The special resolution will
be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for registration as soon as is
reasonably possible.
