RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND APPOINTMENT OF A NEW DIRECTOR
The board of O-Line are pleased to announce that all of the resolutions tabled
at the annual general meeting held on Friday, 14 November 2008 were passed by
the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolutions will be lodged
with the Registrar of Companies for registration as soon as is reasonably
possible.
O-Line shareholders are further advised that Mr David Fensham has been appointed
as an executive director of O-Line with effect from 14 November 2008.
The abridged curriculum vita of Mr David Fensham is set out below:
David started his career in 1975 at Barlows Caterpillar as an accountant. He
joined Murray & Roberts Holdings Limited in 1988 and held various financial
positions in the group (ABE and EMS) until 1996 when he was transferred to Armco
Superlite (Proprietary) Limited as financial manager. David has more than twenty
years` experience in the construction industry, twelve years` experience in the
galvanising industry and six years` experience in the road safety industry. In
2000 he was appointed as managing director of Armco Superlite (Proprietary)
Limited and during his tenure opened a new road safety company, acquired Melba
Products and most recently, Nameplate Centre. David played a pivotal role in the
O-Line acquisition of the business of the ARMCO Group.
