DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ILV SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ILLOVO SUGAR LIMITED
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to ILLOVO SUGAR
LIMITED (ILV) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 41.5 cents per ILVNIC share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 12 January 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 2 January 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 5 January 2009 and the
record date will be Friday, 9 January 2009.
