DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE DDT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for DIMENSION DATA
HOLDINGS PLC and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
DIMENSION DATA HOLDINGS PLC (DDT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a dividend amount of 1.7 US cents per DDTNIC share instalment that
is payable on Friday, 13 March 2009. The conversion rate will be determined on
Thursday, 29 January 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 6 February 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 9 February 2009 and
the record date will be Friday, 13 February 2009.
