TRADING UPDATE
Although in terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, companies are
only required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably
certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ
by more than 20% from that of the previous corresponding period, shareholders
are advised that a review of the financial results for the six months ended 30
September 2008 by management has indicated that:
- attributable earnings per share is expected to be between 73 and 86 cents;
- headline earnings per share is expected to be between 63 and 76 cents;
- adjusted earnings per share is expected to be between 67 and 82 cents; and
- earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation is expected to
be between R411 and R485 million.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based, has not been
reviewed or reported on by Sentula`s auditors. Sentula`s interim financial
results are expected to be released on or about 19 November 2008.
