RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
The board of directors of the company advise that, at the general meeting of
shareholders held at the head office of the company on 10 November 2008, the
relevant special and ordinary resolutions relating to:
- the issue of shares of no par value to Golden Era Holdings (Pty) Limited at
an issue price of 54 cents per share; and
- the adoption of a new share incentive scheme,
as set out in the notice of general meeting, dated 17 October 2008, were
duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
The special resolution has been sent to CIPRO for registration.
