Supplementary Currency Conversion
In the announcement by Old Mutual plc (the "Company") of its results for the
six months ended 30 June 2008 published on 6 August 2008, the Company declared
an interim dividend of 2.45p per share or its equivalent in other currencies
of payment to be paid on Friday, 28 November 2008.
The local currency equivalent of the proposed dividend for Zimbabwe has now
been established and is as follows:
