CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the JSE`s announcement of 27 October 2008 in which
the JSE announced a firm intention to make a conditional offer to acquire the
entire issued ordinary share capital of the Bond Exchange of South Africa
Limited. Shareholders are advised that the JSE is in discussions which may
result in an increase in the offer consideration. Accordingly, all shareholders
are advised to exercise caution when dealing in their securities until a full
announcement is made.
