Shareholders of Kelly Group are advised that a circular has been posted today
regarding the adoption of the Kelly Group Limited Share Appreciation Plan ("the
circular").
Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of Kelly Group shareholders will
be held at 6 Protea Place, corner Fredman Drive, Sandton, 2196 on Wednesday, 3
December 2008 at 14h00 to transact the business as stated in the general meeting
notice forming part of the circular.
