RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that further to the Annual General Meeting held today
November 17 2008, special resolution number 1 and ordinary resolutions numbers
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.1 to 6.8 proposed in the notice to shareholders dated
October 24 2008 were passed without modification by the requisite majority of
shareholders. The special resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of
Companies for registration, in due course.
