REINET INVESTMENTS SCA RIGHTS DISTRIBUTION
One Warrant (NPL) will be issued for every ten REINET DRs held.
DETAILS OF THE EVENT
The last day to trade will be 14 November 2008.The first day of the exercise
period will be 17 November 2008. Trading in Warrants (NPL) will begin on 17
November 2008 and will end on 05 December. The record date will 21 November
2008.
Shareholders will then be able to subscribe for 40 new REINET depository
receipts for every 5 Warrants (NPL) receipts held.
The ratio for the BAT shares to be delivered is 0.2741 for each 10 new REINET
depository receipts subscribed for. An auction of unexercised Warrants will take
place on 15 December 2008.
DETAILS OF THE EVENT
The last day to trade in Warrants (NPL) Receipts will be 5 December 2008. The
rights offer will close on 12 December 2008. Credit of entitlements is due on
18 December 2008.
The Issuer will amend the Share Instalment Terms and Conditions in the following
way:
1 REINET Warrant (NPL) will be delivered for every 10 REINIA share instalments
held. These will be eligible for trading from 17 November until 05 December
2008. REINIA instalment holders must take note that should the REINET Warrant
(NPL) not be sold on or before 5 December 2008 (LDT), shareholders will then be
eligible for 40 new REINET depositary receipts shares for every 5 Warrants (NPL)
held.
