CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of EOH hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Ken
Cullinan has resigned as an executive director of the company with effect from
31 November 2008.
The board of directors expresses its appreciation for the commitment and
contribution that Mr Cullinan has made during his tenure and wishes him the best
in the future.
