RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The board of directors of the company wishes to advise shareholders that Mr.
Brian Jacobs has resigned as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer with
effect from 18 November 2008 and Mr. David Standage has been appointed as his
successor in both capacities.
David has been with the company for the last 11 years, and is currently CFO of
Thompsons Inbound in Durban.
