TRADING STATEMENT
Reunert is finalising its results for the financial year ended 30 September 2008
which will be released on SENS on or about 25 November 2008.
In this regard, shareholders are advised that basic earnings per share and
headline earnings per share will be between 630 cents per share and 660 cents
per share compared to the basic earnings of 361.7 cents per share and headline
earnings of 272.4 cents per share achieved in the corresponding reporting period
of the previous year ("the comparative period"). The improvement relative to
the comparative period is attributable to the once off cost of the Black
Economic Empowerment ("BEE") deal completed in 2007.
Normalised headline earnings per share which excludes the cost of the BEE deal,
but includes the cost of our BEE partner`s share of ATC (Proprietary) Ltd, will
be between 6% and 12% higher than the comparative period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed and reported on by the Company`s auditors.
