DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BAW SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BARLOWORLD LTD and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to BARLOWORLD LTD (BAW)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
150 cents per BAWNIE share instalment that is payable on Monday, 19 January
2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 9 January 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 12 January 2009 and
the record date will be Friday, 16 January 2009.
