DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE JDG SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for JD GROUP LIMITED and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to JD GROUP LIMITED (JDG)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 41 cents
per JDGNIF share instalment that is payable on Monday, 15 December 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 5 December 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 8 December 2008 and
the record date is Friday, 12 December 2008.
