DISPATCH OF CIRCULAR TO SA FRENCH SHAREHOLDERS
Further to the announcement released on the Securities Exchange News Service
("SENS") on 5 November 2008, shareholders are advised that the circular to SA
French shareholders regarding a capitalisation award with a cash dividend
alternative, was dispatched today.
The Annual Report incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of
proxy is expected to be posted to SA French shareholders in due course.
