FINAL TIMETABLE RELATING TO THE NAME CHANGE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 16 October 2008 and are
advised that the special resolution pertaining to the name change of the
company has been registered by the Registrar of Companies. The new name will
be BSI Steel Limited with the abbreviated name BSI Steel, the JSE code
remaining BSS and the new ISIN ZAE000125134 from the commencement of
business on Monday, 1 December 2008. Accordingly the timetable in regard
thereto will be as follows:
Finalisation date Friday, 21 November 2008
Last day to trade Friday, 28 November 2008
Change of name effective from Monday, 1 December 2008
