RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 2008 annual general meeting of the shareholders of Woolworths Holdings
held today, 20 November 2008, all the ordinary resolutions and the special
resolution proposed at the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of
votes.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office ("CIPRO") in due course.
