NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF CUMULATIVE PREFERENCE SHARES
PREFERENCE DIVIDEND NO. 61
Notice is hereby given that Preference Dividend No. 61 of 5,5 cents per share in
respect of the cumulative preference shares has been declared in respect of the
period 1 July 2008 to 31 December 2008, payable to all preference shareholders
recorded in the books of Liberty Holdings Limited at the close of business on
Wednesday, 24 December 2008. The dividend, payable in South African currency,
will be paid on Monday, 29 December 2008.
