DECLARATION OF PREFERENCE DIVIDENDS
The following half-yearly preference dividends have been declared, payable to
shareholders on Monday, 22 December 2008.

The last date to trade "cum" the dividends in order to participate in the
dividends will be Thursday, 11 December 2008. The preference shares of the

December 2008.
No dematerialisation or rematerialisation of share certificates may take place
between Friday, 12 December 2008 and Friday, 19 December 2008, both days
inclusive.
