Dawid Gideon Zwiegelaar has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company
with effect from 19 November 2008 due to retirement. The board expresses its
appreciation for his service and contribution to the Company.
Pieter Rudolf Louw has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company
with effect from 1 December 2008.
Roy Vaughan Smither has been appointed as an independent non-executive director
of the Company with effect from 1 December 2008.
