Requirements of the JSE Limited, Ms Dashni Sinivasan has been appointed as an
executive director of Spescom with effect from 19 November 2008.
Dashni joined Spescom on 18 June 2007 and is currently the Chief Financial
Officer. She holds a Bcompt Honours and CA (SA) qualification..
