RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Afgem
held at 10:00 on Wednesday, 19 November 2008 and the general meeting
of Afgem held at 10:00 on Friday, 21 November 2008, all the ordinary
and special resolutions contained in the notice of annual general
meeting and the notice of general meeting, respectively, were
approved by the requisite majority of shareholders present or
represented by proxy. The special resolutions will be lodged with
the Registrar of Companies for registration as required in terms of
the Companies Act, 1973 (Act 61 of 1973), as amended.
