CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE NPK SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for NAMPAK LTD
and that as a result of the capital reduction declaration relating to NAMPAK LTD
(NPK) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a capital
reduction amount of 72 cents per NPKNIE share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 19 January 2009.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 9 January 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 12 January
2009 and the record date will be Friday, 16 January 2009.
