DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ABL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for AFRICAN BANK
INVESTMENTS LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
AFRICAN BANK INVESTMENTS LIMITED (ABL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 105 cents per ABLNIC share instalment
that is payable on Monday, 22 December 2008.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday, 11 December 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Friday, 12 December 2008 and
the record date will be Friday, 19 December 2008.
