RESULTS OF THE SUN INTERNATIONAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Sun International
shareholders held on Tuesday, 25 November 2008, the ordinary and special
resolutions proposed in terms of the notice of annual general meeting dated 3
November 2008 were all passed by the requisite majorities. The special
resolution will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies for registration.
