CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF PROPTRAX MANAGERS
Investors are advised that, following the disposal by Madison Property Fund
Managers Holdings Limited of its interest in PropTrax Managers, non-executive
directors Janys Finn and Michael Flax, executive director Hayden Bamford and
non-executive chairman Bernard Nackan have resigned from the board and
Stephen Delport has been appointed to the board of directors of PropTrax
Managers as an alternate non-executive director to Craig Hallowes, all with
immediate effect. Diversified Property Fund Limited now owns 100% of
PropTrax Managers.
