DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON TIGER BRANDS LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("TBSIDE")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Tiger Brands
Limited have declared an final dividend of 541 cents per ordinary share
payable on Monday, 19 January 2009 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the
books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 16 January 2009.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, TBSIDE,
will receive a Tiger Brands Limited final dividend of 541 cents per security
on Monday, 19 January 2009 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to
trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Friday, 9 January 2009.
TBSIDE Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 12 January 2009, and the record
date will be Friday, 16 January 2009.
