SPECIAL DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE WHL SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the special dividend amount payable for WOOLWORTHS
HOLDINGS LTD and that as a result of the special dividend declaration relating
to WOOLWORTHS HOLDINGS LTD (WHL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a special dividend amount of 94 cents per WHLNIC share instalment that
is payable on Monday, 15 December 2008.
The last day to trade cum special dividend is Friday, 5 December 2008. The share
instalment will commence trading ex special dividend from Monday, 8 December
2008 and the record date will be Friday, 12 December 2008.
