Monyetla linked unitholders are advised that the Competition Authorities have
unconditionally approved the acquisition by Capital of all of the linked units
held by Monyetla linked unitholders pursuant to the scheme of arrangement in
terms of section 311 of the Companies Act, 1973 (Act 61 of 1973), as amended,
proposed by Capital between Monyetla and its linked unitholders ("the scheme").
