CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.59 (a) and (b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is hereby given that the Board of
Directors of the company ("the Board") have approved the appointment of Mr
Francois Swart and Ms Samara Totaram as a non-executive directors with immediate
effect who takes the place of Mr Pierre Malan who has tendered his resignation
also with immediate effect.
The Iquad board welcomes the appointment of Francois and Samara, and we look
forward to their valued input.
Francois is a qualified chartered accountant and a CFA Charterholder. Prior to
joining PSG Capital, Francois was based in London for 4 years with Goldman Sachs
International as an executive director in fixed income, currency and
commodities. He joined PSG Capital in March 2007 and is primarily involved with
new listings, capital raising exercises and general corporate finance
consulting. He is also part of the PSG Group private equity management team.
Samara is a qualified chartered accountant and completed her articles at
Deloitte. Prior to joining PSG Capital, Samara had spent 18 months at the Royal
Bank of Scotland in London and was responsible for the financial control and
reporting of derivative and off-balance sheet transactions.
Samara joined PSG Capital in January 2007 and is primarily involved in new
listings on the JSE, capital raisings, related party and other commercial
transactions, valuations, fairness opinions and general corporate finance
consulting. She is also responsible for day-to-day sponsor, designated adviser
and JSE compliance work and assists the corporate finance team with other
general transactions.
