CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Unitholders are advised of the following changes to the board of directors of
Acucap ("the board") effective immediately:
- Mr Tienie Lindeque has resigned from the board. The board extends its
thanks to Tienie for his valuable contribution to the company; and
- Ms Nonyameko (`Nyami`) Mandindi has been appointed to the board. Nyami is a
quantity surveyor, with extensive experience gained in the property
industry over the last 17 years. She was a former partner in the quantity
surveying practice Letchmiah Daya Mandindi, and for the last three years,
she has been the CEO of Intersite Property Management Services. The board
extends a warm welcome to Nyami.
