RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the fifth annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company held
yesterday, 26 November 2008 ("the AGM"), all the ordinary and special
resolutions proposed at the AGM except for ordinary resolutions 3.1, 5.1, 5.2
and 5.3 which were withdrawn by the directors prior to the meeting, were
approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office ("CIPRO") in due course.
