Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Pan African Resources will post its annual report for the year ended 30 June
2008 to shareholders today. The annual report contains no modifications to the
audited results which were announced on 19 August 2008, and accordingly the
Company is not publishing an abridged report. The annual financial statements
were audited by Deloitte and Touche LLP. Their report is available for
inspection at the Company`s registered office - 6 St James`s Place, London SW1A
1NP.
Notice is hereby given that Pan African`s Annual General Meeting will be held at
the offices of Fasken Martineau LLP, Fourth Floor, 17 Hanover Square, London on
22 December 2008 at 12.00pm (GMT) to transact business as stated in the notice
of the annual general meeting circulated together with the annual report.
