Scheme in Securities ("NewFunds") registered as such in terms of the Collective
Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002 and managed by NewFunds (Proprietary)
Limited (the "Manager")
LISTING OF NEWSA PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS
Further to the announcement published on 20 November 2008 regarding the initial
public offering for NewSA participary interests, Java Capital is authorised to
announce the listing on the main board of the JSE Limited of NewSA participatory
interests in the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector, with effect from commencement
of business on Monday, 1 December 2008.
Subscriptions valued at approximately R44,2 million were received pursuant to
the Initial Public Offering.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
2,262,724 NewSA participatory interests will be issued to successful applicants
at commencement of trade on 1 December 2008 at a price per security of
approximately R19.61 and at a conversion ratio of 0.0525448 participatory
interests for every 1 Letter of Allotment ("LA") issued pursuant to cash
subscriptions and one million NewSA participatory interests for every full
basket of constituent securities delivered.
