DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND NUMBER 127 ON THE 6% CUMULATIVE PREFERENCE SHARES
Notice is hereby given that cash dividend number 127 on the 6% cumulative
preference shares ("preference shares") for the six months ending 31 December
2008 at the rate of 6% per annum, (6 cents per preference share), will be paid
on Monday, 29 December 2008 to all preference shareholders recorded in the
register of the company at the close of business on Wednesday, 24 December 2008.
The salient dates of the preference dividend are as follows:

Shares trade ex-dividend Thursday, 18 December 2008
Record date Wednesday, 24 December 2008
Payment date Monday, 29 December 2008
