RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING REGARDING THE ARMCO ACQUISITION
Further to the Cautionary Announcements published on 29 May, 8 July and 19
August 2008 and the detailed announcement published on SENS on 18 September 2008
relating to the acquisition by O-Line Support Systems (Pty) Ltd, a wholly owned
subsidiary of O-Line, of the business and loan accounts of the ARMCO
galvanising, construction, road safety and nameplates businesses ("the
Acquisition"), the board of O-Line are pleased to announce that all of the
resolutions relating to the Acquisition, tabled at the general meeting held on
Friday, 28 November 2008, were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for
registration as soon as is reasonably possible.
