Shareholders are advised that Johan de Koker has been appointed as Group Company
Secretary with immediate effect, a function previously fulfilled by Business
Connection Management Services (Pty) Ltd. Business Connection Management
Services (Pty) Ltd will be liquidated as part of the process of simplifying the
group structure.
