CHANGE TO THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that subsequent to the resignation of Ms SL Reynolds, Mr. P Badenhorst
will assume the role of interim Company Secretary with effect from 1 December
2008, until a formal appointment can be made. Mr. P Badenhorst joins AFGRI as
the Group Legal Advisor on 1 December 2008.
