Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will take
place at 10h00 on Thursday, 29 January 2009, on the third Floor, The Spearhead,
42 Hans Strijdom Avenue, Foreshore, Cape Town, to transact business as stated in
the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual financial
statements.
