Significant shareholding
The Company has been informed on 1 December 2008 that following recent purchases
totalling 875,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Share"), Mark Creasy has a total beneficial holding of 25,074,584 Ordinary
Shares, representing 10.15 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the
Company.
Of this beneficial holding, 1,600,000 Ordinary Shares are held by Mark Creasy
personally, 20,443,154 Ordinary Shares are held by Yandal Investments Pty Ltd
and 3,031,430 Ordinary shares are held by Ladnay Pty Ltd, both being companies
connected with Mark Creasy.
